Aluminium / PVC Window & Glass Fitter (Window Fitter)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install aluminium and PVC window and door frames accurately according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Fit glass panes into aluminium and PVC frames using appropriate techniques and materials such as spacers, water seals, glass holders, silicone, compression foam, compression tape, and rubber.
• Use various installation methods, including working from inside the building, from scaffolding, scissor lifts, or cherry pickers, to reach different heights and angles.
• Ensure all installations are weatherproof, airtight, sealed, and compliant with safety and quality standards.

• Apply water seals, silicone, foam, and tapes to prevent leaks and enhance thermaland acoustic insulation, as well as decorative panels.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper use of tools andmaterials.
• Follow safety protocols and always wear personal protective equipment.
