Solar Panel Installer / PV System Technician

Key Responsibilities:
Install solar panels (photovoltaic systems) on residential, commercial, and industrial roofs or ground-mounted structures according to technical drawings and specifications.
Mount and secure solar panel frames, rails, and modules using appropriate tools and fastening systems.
Connect electrical components, including inverters, wiring, and junction boxes, ensuring proper system integration and functionality.
Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, or cherry pickers to access rooftops and elevated areas safely.
Ensure all installations are weatherproof, secure, and compliant with electrical, structural, and safety standards.
Perform basic system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Apply sealing solutions and cable management techniques to protect against weather conditions and ensure durability.
Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper handling of materials and tools.
Follow all safety protocols and always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
