Tile Roofer

Key Responsibilities:
Install roof tiles (clay, concrete, or slate) on residential and commercial buildings according to technical drawings and specifications.
Prepare roof surfaces by installing battens, underlayment, insulation, and waterproof membranes.
Cut, shape, and fit roof tiles accurately to ensure proper alignment and secure fixing.
Install ridge tiles, hips, valleys, flashing, and other roofing components to ensure a complete and durable roofing system.
Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure all roofing work is weatherproof, watertight, and compliant with safety and quality standards.
Repair and replace damaged or broken tiles and perform maintenance when required.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper use of materials and tools.
Follow safety protocols and always wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
