Pipefitter

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and piping diagrams.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install pipes made of materials such as steel, copper,PVC, or other specified materials.
• Fit, connect, and secure pipes using appropriate techniques, including welding,threading, or clamping.
• Test piping systems for leaks and ensure proper operation following installation.

• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment at all times.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades to ensure timelyproject completion.
• Inspect and maintain piping systems, identifying and repairing leaks or damage asneeded.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation or maintenance issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of piping materials, fittings, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in welding, threading, or pipe bending as required.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations relevant to piping work.
• Good physical condition and dexterity, with the ability to work in confined spacesand at heights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid certifications or licenses related to welding, safety, or pipe fitting arepreferred.
• Fluency in English B1/B2
