Sandwich Panel Installer

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and installation manuals.

• Install sandwich panels for walls and roofs, including insulation panels and cladding systems.

• Measure, cut, and fit panels to ensure precise alignment and proper sealing.

• Work with materials such as steel, aluminum, and insulated core panels.

• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

• Use hand and power tools efficiently to complete installations accurately.

• Install flashing, trims, and sealing components to ensure weatherproofing.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.

• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot installation issues.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sandwich panel installer or in a similar construction role.

• Knowledge of sandwich panel systems, wall and roof cladding.

• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

• Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Fluency in English (B1/B2 level).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on projects in the Netherlands or Europe.

• Valid work permit for the Netherlands.

• Experience with cold storage or industrial building projects is an advantage.
