HSB & Prefab Building Installer

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and install HSB (timber frame) and prefabricated building elements according to technical drawings and specifications.
Install wall panels, floor systems, roof structures, and structural components on-site.
Ensure accurate alignment, leveling, and securing of prefab elements using appropriate tools and fastening systems.
Perform insulation, sealing, and finishing work to ensure thermal efficiency, airtightness, and structural integrity.
Operate cranes, lifting equipment, and tools to position and install large prefabricated elements safely.
Work on construction sites, including working at heights using scaffolding or lifts when required.
Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure efficient project completion.
Inspect installations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper handling of materials and tools.
Follow all safety protocols and always wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
