Facade Carpenter

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications related to façadesystems.
• Install various façade elements, including cladding, panels, aluminum systems, andother exterior finishing materials.
• Measure, cut, and assemble façade components accurately on-site or in theworkshop.
• Ensure all installations are securely fixed and comply with safety and buildingstandards.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to coordinateinstallation schedules.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify that façade work meets design and safetyrequirements.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE at all times during installation.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition for ongoing use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly to prevent project delays.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Façade Carpenter or similar role in exterior finishing orcladding installation.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications accurately.
• Good physical condition, able to work at heights and handle heavy materials.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Valid safety certifications and adherence to safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial façade projects.
• Certifications related to façade installation or working at heights.
