1st Scaffolder (Construction & Industrial Settings)

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret scaffolding plans, diagrams, and safety instructions.
• Erect, modify, and dismantle various types of scaffolding, including frame, tube andcoupler, system scaffolding, and suspended scaffolds.
• Inspect scaffolding equipment regularly for safety and compliance with standards.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations.

• Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades to coordinatescaffolding activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, removing hazards and debris.
• Conduct safety checks before and after scaffold installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve scaffolding issues promptly.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies, including the use of personal protectiveequipment (PPE).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scaffolder in construction and/or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of different scaffolding types and their applications.
• Ability to read scaffolding plans and technical drawings.
• Physical strength and endurance to perform demanding tasks at heights.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certification or training in scaffolding.
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands.
• English level B1/B2
