All-round Carpenter (New-Build Projects)

As an on-site Carpenter, you will be responsible for the structural and finishing woodwork on new-build housing and apartment projects. This role requires a high level of skill and the ability to work independently. You will be the "anchor" on-site, ensuring that everything from the initial brickwork profiles to the final interior finishes is perfectly straight, level, and built to the highest standard.

Your duties:

• Working directly from technical drawings to plan and execute all carpentry tasks.
• Preparing and installing stairs, skirting boards, and wooden elements for walls and ceilings.
• Fitting doors, window frames, and other essential wooden parts.
• Handling the wooden preparation for interior finishing, including walls, ceilings, skirting boards, and stairs.
• Adjusting or rebuilding existing structures to ensure everything is straight, level, and in the right position.

Required:

• You have significant experience in on-site carpentry and can work close to independently.
• You are able to read and interpret complex blueprints and drawings.
• You are highly skilled with measurement tools and have a sharp eye for detail.
• Proficient with professional-grade power and hand tools.
