COE SAP Project Manager

Job brief

Lead SAP projects from the Center of Excellence (COE), ensuring the successful delivery of full SAP S/4HANA implementations aligned with business strategy, quality standards, and continuous process improvement through metrics driven execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects end to end from the COE.
• Manage full SAP S/4HANA implementations using SAP Activate methodology and accelerators.
• Define project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate functional, technical, business, and partner teams.
• Ensure Clean Core principles are applied across all implementations.
• Oversee the use of SAP BTP and Cloud based solutions within the SAP landscape.
• Manage projects using SAP ALM as a core lifecycle management tool.
• Coordinate testing, cutover, and go live activities.
• Track project metrics, performance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report project status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Drive SAP best practices and COE standards adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading at least 10 full SAP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands on experience with SAP Activate methodology and accelerators.
• Solid understanding of Clean Core principles.
• Practical knowledge of SAP BTP and Cloud architectures.
• Mandatory experience using SAP ALM.
• Broad knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple SAP modules simultaneously.
• Up to date with the latest SAP innovations and releases.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial controls.
