This role requires a combination of visionary leadership, deep technical expertise, and proven experience in more than 10 successful SAP implementations.
Required competencies
- Over 10 years of experience in SAP projects, including at least 5 S/4HANA implementations, including 2+ S4HANA Greenfield successful implementations.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 60+ people in global environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with multiple project managers in charge at the same time.Proficiency in SAP methodologies such as Activate, ASAP, and agile approaches (Agile PODs).
- Expertise in Cleancore: designing and executing strategies to minimize customizations and maximize extensibility.Advanced risk management: proactive identification, mitigation plans, and contingency planning.
- Resource management: performance, feedback, conflict resolution, and adaptability to change.
- Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and empathetic leadership skills.
- Accustomed to negotiating with C-level executives.Process and metrics oriented mindset (definition, tracking, budget, quality and continuous improvement).
- Strategic vision and a sense of urgency to drive results.
Desired competencies:
- P&L management and project profitability.Business development and pre-sales process experience.
- SAP certifications (S/4HANA Project Manager, SAP Activate, etc.).Deep knowledge of SAP solutions (BTP, Fiori, ABAP Cloud, etc.).
- Experience in Brownfield, Greenfield, and Selective Data Transition migrations.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:
Comprehensive management of SAP S/4HANA programs (as well as multi-technologies transformation programs), from design through post-go-live stabilization.
Definition and execution of Cleancore strategies and extensibility with SAP BTP.Team, resource, risk, stakeholder, quality and budget management.
Ongoing alignment with business objectives and technology roadmap.Oversight of deliverables, KPIs, budget and service quality.Facilitation of governance sessions, steering committees, and executive workshops.Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.Negotiation of change controls with the client.Development of capacities and new skills of the team. Project Mangers / Project Leaders for bring new capabilities to the projects and coordinate with capability management team to create new SAP academies aligned with projects demand planning.Give Direction to Project Mangers / Project Leaders to control and follow up SAP implementation projects as well as multi technologies transformation programs.Coordinate with capability management team to support project staffing, sourcing, and mobility between projects.Responsible for status reporting into internal systems for financial and project indicators.Attend Monthly Business Review with PMOs, VPOs and Practice Director.Resource Management, Escalations, PL mentoring
