We are partnering with an established and innovative company in the personal care sector, currently seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Executive to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Leeds with a dynamic and collaborative working environment.

About the Role:

As Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind content creation, campaign execution, and brand growth across multiple platforms. You'll work across content production, influencer collaborations, email campaigns, events, graphic design, e-commerce strategy, and more. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys having creative ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Production & Campaigns:
    Lead creative content development across digital and print platforms.
    Plan and manage content shoots and creative planning sessions.
  • Email Marketing:
    Develop and optimise regular email campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Graphic Design:
    Design high-quality visuals using Canva or Adobe (or similar) for both digital and print use.
  • E-Commerce Growth:
    Work with the sales team to drive online sales and improve the customer journey.
  • Event & Influencer Planning:
    Coordinate brand events and influencer activity to grow visibility and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy Support:
    Support the development of monthly sales plans, analysing market trends and performance.

What Were Looking For:

  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within personal care, beauty, FMCG, or a similar fast-moving consumer space.
  • Proven ability in content creation, campaign management, and design.
  • Skilled in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with e-commerce growth and online brand development.
  • Organised, proactive, and creatively driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Package:

  • Salary: cir £30,000 per annum
