RQ11604 - Project Manager/Leader - Senior

Must Have:

Provide senior functional expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the functional design and delivery of the project.

Provide functional advice to clients and team leveraging their PeopleSoft HCM functional knowledge to meet project Human Capital Management functional knowledge to meet goals and objectives ensuring efficiency.

PeopleSoft HCM Functional expertise in leading the analysis, design and configuration.

Significant Knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll business functions especially as it related to the OraclePeopleSoft 9.2+ HCM applications and integration points, e.g. fluid, PUM upgrade, PS tools upgrade, including onboarding, benefits enrolment and life event management

Experience leading functional teams to perform analysis, design and configuration for entire project lifecycle.

Experience leading functional tests, system integration, load, performance, user acceptance, and payroll parallel testing for the PeopleSoft HCM application

Experience with quality assurance principles, practices, tools and structure methodology, including defect tracking and handling.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; organizational, creativity and perseverance skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills.

Should have a minimum of 5+ years of functional lead experience and 5+ years of experience as a QA.

Nice to have:

PeopleSoft HCM Functional expertise in leading the analysis, design and configuration of the Ontario Public Service (OPS) enterprise HR/Payroll system or at a Public Service client.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Desirable Skills:
