Technical Analyst 

Requirements:

  • Lead or support IS and business initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery.
  • Manage and support financial systems, including setting up configurations, workflows, security, and integrations
  • Work with cross functional teams to identify key business drivers by analyzing business processes, progressive business ideas, technology implementations, and issues and its impacts
  • Develop strategies and recommendations, including business benefits and costs, implementation, and training plan
  • Work with business users to understand needs and process inefficiencies and identify improvement to workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during validation and UAT, providing support to ensure solutions meet end user needs.
  • Project Manage, scrum master for smaller initiatives
  • Create technical documentation, configuration notes, and user training materials.
  • Supports release readiness activities, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of new features.
  • Handle system updates, patches, and enhancements while minimizing disruptions and day to day work

REQUIRED SKills 

  • Minimum education level, Bachelors degree
  • Progressive IT experience with a focus on assessment, research and analysis of business and system needs while
  • Minimum 5 years of Workday Finance experience
  • Minimum 2 years end to end Workday Finance Implementation Experience of various modules that Includes General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Billing.
  • Minimum 2 years experience of FDM, Work tags, BIRT, APIs and exposure to Workday Studio.
  • Agile & Waterfall methodology experience
  • Experience with exploring alternative solution options while recommending technology solutions and designs that exceed business requirements

KEY SKILLS

Some certifications with Workday and solid years of practical hands-on experience. 

Strong communication to communicate the business needs and bridging the business and IT

Location: NorthYork 

Hybrid Model 

  • New  hires will be required to work four (4) days in office per week during their first three (3) months of service. (All remote work must be completed from your home office within the province of Ontario.)
  • After 3 months new hires will be permitted to work  two (2) days per week in our office and three (3) days working remotely.
