Systems Analyst Requirements (Must meet at least 3 of the following): Must Have Secert Clearence

Hands-on experience with Remedy development, CMDB, or Digital Workplace (DWP).

Strong familiarity with troubleshooting and making minor modifications in Digital Workplace Catalog and DWP.

Experience installing or patching BMC ITSM suite components (ARS, AI, CMDB, ITSM, RKM, SLM), including Smart IT and DWP/DWPC (v20.x and newer).

Experience configuring data within the BMC ITSM ecosystem across all major modules.

Ability to install, configure, and make minor updates to Smart Reporting.

Skilled in reviewing Remedy workflows using Dev Studio, troubleshooting performance issues, enabling logs, and performing root-cause analysis.

Ability to run key BMC utilities (post-DB copy updates, foundation data loads via manual methods or DMT).

Experience analyzing SOAP, REST, and Atrium Integratorbased integrations.

Comfortable working in Linux environments.

Experience engaging with BMC Support (ticket creation, log submissions, investigations).
Job Responsibilities:
The Systems Analyst will perform tasks including, but not limited to:
a) Implement applications to support projects, departments, organizational initiatives, and corporate services.
b) Translate business requirements into detailed systems designs and technical specifications.
c) Analyze and recommend suitable technical solution options.
d) Conduct feasibility studies, perform costing estimates, map interdependencies, and prepare functional/technical specifications or process re-engineering recommendations.
e) Provide system expertise to both functional and technical teams to ensure smooth integration across applications.
f) Deliver application support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, providing training, and preparing management reports.
