Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead enterprise solution design and technology advisory engagements for our North American customers. The role combines pre-sales solutioning, enterprise architecture, and advanced AI consulting, helping organizations design scalable cloud platforms and unlock value from data and next-generation AI technologies.

This role will work closely with enterprise stakeholders, sales teams, and engineering leaders to translate complex business challenges into innovative and scalable technology solutions across Cloud, Advanced Analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
• Partner with business development teams to shape and position technology solutions for enterprise customers.
• Translate customer requirements into architecture frameworks, solution blueprints, and proof-of-concepts.
• Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations, use cases, and architecture presentations.
• Participate in client workshops, technical discovery sessions, and proposal development.
• Address technical queries and guide customers through solution evaluation and architecture decisions.

Enterprise Solution Architecture

• Design end-to-end cloud-native architectures for enterprise platforms.
• Develop scalable, secure, and resilient architectures aligned with industry best practices.
• Define reference architectures and reusable solution frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs.

Advanced Analytics, Gen AI & Agentic AI

• Architect enterprise data and analytics platforms enabling advanced insights and decision intelligence.
• Design Generative AI solutions, including:
• Enterprise knowledge assistants
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• LLM-powered enterprise applications
• Design Agentic AI architectures enabling intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows.
• Provide guidance on AI governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering, cloud architecture, or solution architecture.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in North America.
• Proven ability to lead technical solutioning and architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.
