About Client

An established (40 years) MSP based out of Edmonton Alberta, managing small, medium along with larger enterprise Client IT infrastructure environments. They have many partnership and subvendors who perform day to day related support for these clients, and oversee that everything runs smoothly according to the SLA's they have i place. .

Position: Infrastructure Solutions Architect

Details:

• We are looking for a resource who can collaborate closely with their senor sales teams in Edmonton and Calgary to design and architect "On Prem" Infrastructure solutions for their customers.
• This is not really cloud based solutions but more around HP Enterprise (HPE), Dell, Lenovo technologies Experience with OEM platforms (Dell EMC,HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.). and oversee technical delivery and work closely with their subvendors to ensure/oversee successful delivery and support.
• This person will wear different hats and assist with other work as required, including presales, RFP/RFI responses, documentation, etc.
• The ideal resource will have related experience in a customer interfacing role, worked for a consulting firm perhaps or another MSP, as this is a highly interactive role with the sales team, stakeholders and customers.

Other:

Travel to local client sites is required 

Hybrid model - 3 days onsite and 2 remote. Location: Edmonton
