Job Title: Project Manager Digital Shared Services (Healthcare Sector)
Project Overview:
Digital Health, a Shared Health service, is dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery across the provincial health sector through innovative information and communication technology solutions. This role supports the efficient and effective management of digital health projects aimed at improving healthcare processes and services.
Location:
Remote work within Canada only.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large, complex projects within the healthcare sector, overseeing budgets, resource allocation, and interdependencies to ensure successful delivery of technology, business, and process changes.

Apply organizational change management strategies using structured methodologies such as Prosci (ADKAR model) to guide project adoption and success.

Implement transformational projects including organizational and service redesigns, ensuring alignment with strategic healthcare objectives.

Plan and execute public health surveillance and monitoring systems on a provincial scale.

Collaborate frequently and effectively with Indigenous/First Nations leadership and stakeholders to achieve shared project goals.

Coordinate with multiple government departments and provide reporting to government leadership, ensuring compliance and alignment with government priorities.

Engage with post-secondary educational institutions in project activities where applicable.
Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Valid certification required.

ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification Valid certification required.

Minimum 10 years experience as a Project Manager in healthcare-related projects, demonstrating leadership in large-scale initiatives involving technology and process changes.

At least 7 years experience managing organizational change management projects using a structured methodology like Prosci.

Minimum 5 years experience in large transformational projects involving organizational or service redesign.

At least 3 years experience managing public health surveillance and monitoring projects on a provincial level.

Experience working closely with Indigenous/First Nations stakeholders for a minimum of 3 years.

Minimum 1 year experience collaborating with multiple government departments and reporting to government leadership.

At least 1 year experience on projects involving post-secondary educational institutions.
