Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth, supporting our sales team, and executing strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales development efforts, including lead generation and follow-up on projects and opportunities

  • Administer and develop various distributor rebate plans

  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop marketing plans and manage the marketing budget

  • Coordinate and manage new product launches and trade show participation

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities using LinkedIn and other research methods

  • Engage customers and prospects through social media, email blasts, and targeted marketing campaigns

  • Work closely with the outside sales team and maintain strong communication with customer service to ensure seamless customer support

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and new product introductions

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales and customer service teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or marketing role preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus

  • Ability to conduct effective online research and market analysis

  • Experience in trade show management and coordination is an asset

  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
