About the job Marketing Coordinator
Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth, supporting our sales team, and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Support sales development efforts, including lead generation and follow-up on projects and opportunities

Administer and develop various distributor rebate plans

Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop marketing plans and manage the marketing budget

Coordinate and manage new product launches and trade show participation
-
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities using LinkedIn and other research methods
-
Engage customers and prospects through social media, email blasts, and targeted marketing campaigns
-
Work closely with the outside sales team and maintain strong communication with customer service to ensure seamless customer support

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and new product introductions

Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales and customer service teams
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in a sales support or marketing role preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus

Ability to conduct effective online research and market analysis

Experience in trade show management and coordination is an asset

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
