This role is fully remote within Canada. Work must not be conducted from outside Canada.

Position Summary
The Change Management Specialist will lead and execute organizational change strategies supporting large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and training development, with a strong focus on healthcare environments and digital transformation.
The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, clinical stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational change management (OCM) strategies aligned with project goals
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted communication plans
- Lead change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
- Design and execute communication, engagement, and adoption strategies
- Develop training materials, curriculum, and learning strategies for diverse healthcare audiences
- Deliver or coordinate end-user training and support post-implementation adoption
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to align change activities with project timelines
- Provide coaching and guidance to project teams and business leaders on change management practices
- Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions across multiple stakeholder groups
- Support implementation of standardized processes across healthcare organizations
- Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes
Mandatory Certifications (Pass/Fail)
- Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification
- Valid Six Sigma Certification
Required Skills & Experience
Organizational Change Management (Healthcare)
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading change management initiatives in healthcare

Strong background in:
- Stakeholder analysis
- Targeted communications planning
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a project management or team lead role

Training & Learning Development
- Minimum 6 years of experience developing training materials and curriculum
- Experience supporting large-scale organizations (1000+ employees preferred)

Healthcare Process Transformation
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting implementation of standardized staff scheduling processes across multiple healthcare organizations
- Experience managing cross-organizational change and alignment
Specialized Healthcare Systems Experience

- Critical incident reporting solutions

- PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting
