Responsibilities: Innovation & Information Technology (I&IT) Service Operations is looking to bring aboard a Endpoint Provisioning Specialist under the End User Computing portfolio to help with laptop, desktop, and printer provisioning, decommissioning, and repair. The successful candidate will have responsibilities within our Windows 11 upgrade program which requires ~200 Desktops and ~354 printers to be replaced as well as lifecycle and break-fix replacement for desktops and laptops.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with:

  • hardware lifecycle and asset management
  • software provisioning and deployment
  • printer configuration and deployment
  • technical expertise with endpoint operating systems (Windows)
  • desktop provisioning solutions (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager).

In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills with an ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment and be able to liaise with internal and external support channels within the broader I&IT organization.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Computer Science/Related Discipline
  • 5+ years experience of Desktop, Laptop, Smartphone, and Tablet provisioning experience.
  • Microsoft A+ or equivalent Certifications are an asset.
