Our client, a leading-edge technology company, is seeking a passionate and skilled Backend Engineer (PHP) to join their team. You'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the robust backend systems that power our revolutionary products.

What you'll do:

• Architect and build: Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using PHP.
• Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Optimize and secure: Ensure maximum speed, scalability, and security of our backend systems.
• Mentor and grow: Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Explore and implement the latest backend technologies and best practices.
• Deploy and manage: Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and manage backend services in production.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience: 5+ years of backend development experience in E-commerce, Crypto, Finance, or Banking, with a strong focus on PHP.
• Technical mastery: Advanced knowledge of technologies like Redis, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Linux command-line tools.
• Data expertise: Proficiency in data presentation formats such as JSON, protocol buffers, binary, and byte arrays.
• Performance optimization skills: Ability to tune the performance of applications and systems.
• Microservices architecture: Experience working with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Problem-solving mindset: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with good system design thinking.
• Resilience: Ability to thrive under pressure.
• Team player: Sociable, enthusiastic, highly responsible, supportive, and collaborative.
• Bonus points: Frontend experience with NuxtJS is a huge plus!

Workplace Policy
