What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and user requirements
• Translate insights into clear, intuitive, and visually striking design solutions
• Design mockups, layouts, typography, and interactive elements for digital platforms
• Create and manage digital visual assets, illustrations, infographics, and photo edits
• Maintain and evolve consistent branding across various channels
• Ensure all designs follow accessibility, privacy, and UX standards
• Work closely with developers and QA to maintain design functionality and fidelity
• Conduct design reviews and implement feedback with a growth mindset
• Regularly audit and iterate on design output to improve user engagement
• Stay ahead of design trends and implement modern design systems

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in graphic, visual, or digital design
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and responsive design
• Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clean, user-centered visuals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or similar tools)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable presenting ideas and receiving critique in cross-functional settings
• Growth-oriented mindset: eager to learn and upskill continuously
• Fluent in English, with strong communication (written & verbal)
