Our client, a highly innovative technology company operating in the crypto, AI, and payments domains, is seeking a talented Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:

  • Needs Analysis & Planning: Partner with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective, tailored recruitment plans.
  • Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates through a variety of channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Full-Cycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.

2. Employer Branding:

  • Brand Enhancement: Participate in employer branding activities to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract top IT talent.

3. Other:

  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to senior management, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and insights.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically recruiting for technical roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and close top technical talent, including experience with international relocation, particularly from the Eastern Europe region.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Experience creating engaging content for employer branding initiatives on social media platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn.
