2026 - Data Analyst - Quantitative Strategies

Future Standard is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Quantitative Strategies Team and build data & AI models to support our business.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge about quantitative and data models, with 1 to 3 years of experience working with large datasets, using Generative AI to analyze and implement business needs, patterns, transforming complex raw data into visualizations that help senior leadership to make informed, strategic business decisions and improve performance.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE IS EXPECTED TO:

— Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to find trends, patterns, and insights

— Build quantitative and data models

— Implement Generative AI prompts and agents

— Work closely with internal business including sales, marketing, credit, private equity etc

— Always behave with the utmost professionalism.

— Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, credibility and trust.

— Be resourceful, decisive and proactive.

— Able to multi-task and work under pressure for urgent mandates

QUALIFICATIONS:

— Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred (Computer Science, Math, Statistics etc)

— 3-5 years experience in Data Analyst, Quant Research/Dev or similar

— Working experience with database: SQL Server, Snowflake etc,

— Working experience with data visualization and analysis tools: PowerBI, etc

— Strong programming skills (Python, Java, C++ or other popular language)

— Generative AI experience highly preferred

— Experience working in financial services is preferred.

— Exemplary organizational skills, including the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities.

— Strong stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills;

— Strong planning, problem solving and time management skills.
