Position: Content Creator/Social Media Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Content Creator/Social Media Manager. This role requires someone who is an all-rounder, with the ability to create, edit, and schedule content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable travelling between our different branches to capture content and engage with our audience in person.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Edit and enhance photos and videos using Canva and Photoshop to ensure high-quality content
- Schedule posts on social media platforms to ensure consistent and timely content delivery
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns that align with our brand and target audience
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms to engage with our audience and maintain a positive online presence
- Attend events and visit different branches to capture content and promote our brand in person
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices to continuously improve our social media presence
- Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on the performance of our social media platforms
- Assist with other marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop
- Ability to travel between branches as needed
- Creative thinking and the ability to come up with unique and engaging content ideas
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with industry trends
