The Role
Seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Quality Assurance Testing (QA) Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide QA transformation. You will lead initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and automation across testing functions, building mature, AI-enabled QA capabilities for financial services clients.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with strong consulting and QA expertise, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and managing large-scale delivery programs. Youll mentor QA teams, oversee delivery performance, and ensure alignment with business and contractual goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex technology transformation programs from strategy to execution.
  • Partner with client executives to modernize digital platforms and delivery models.
  • Act as QA Subject Matter Expert, defining and implementing QA strategies and governance.
  • Manage end-to-end QA programs, ensuring delivery quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Accelerate automation and CI/CD integration to enhance release confidence.
  • Drive adoption of analytics, AI, and automation to improve testing productivity.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary consulting teams, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to innovation in cloud, automation, and data-driven delivery models.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level QA or technology transformation initiatives.
  • Strong background in QA strategy, automation, DevOps, and governance frameworks.
  • Deep expertise in testing tools and methodologies (Automation, BDD, API, Performance Testing, Observability).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of agile and modern engineering practices.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in quality engineering, digital assurance, or test automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud, data modernization, or platform engineering.
  • Exposure to AI-driven delivery and innovation initiatives.
  • Experience in client relationship management and team leadership.
