Job Summary:

This role requires a unique blend of front-end and back-end development expertise, data modeling, and dashboard/report creation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that empower business users with actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data marts.
• Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and transformation.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI systems and performance issues.
• Meet the clients architecture and best practices throughout the delivery, including conducting required design and build reviews.
• Stay current with BI trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in both French and English
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BI development or full stack data development.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and DAX.
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, etc).
• Strong understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Familiarity with SAP Business Warehouse/HANA
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
