Contract Type: 6 month extendable contract

You'll lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations with a focus on Finance, guiding cross-functional teams from blueprinting through go-live. This is a senior leadership position where you'll shape IT strategy, drive digital transformation, and partner directly with business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Solution Delivery & Implementation

• Manage teams through solution design, configuration, testing, and delivery of Finance capabilities — including Financial Accounting, General Ledger, Close, and Consolidation within Record to Report
• Lead the design of enterprise-scale IT solutions aligned with strategic business objectives, with a strong focus on outcomes
• Develop best practices, scalable frameworks, and repeatable processes across all project phases: planning, blueprinting, design, build, and deployment
• Lead operational readiness, production cutover, and post-go-live hypercare support

Project & Program Management

• Plan, manage, and coordinate multiple concurrent projects in a distributed environment with complex stakeholder groups, delivering on time and on budget
• Advise business partners on the implications and applicability of standard or new SAP solutions to address specific challenges

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner at a strategic level with business and IT leadership to communicate progress, demonstrate IT value, and maintain appropriate governance
• Own communication and change management with leadership teams across budget, demand, portfolio, and strategic priorities
• Operate in close partnership with subject matter experts, external consultants, and cross-functional teams

Digital & People Leadership

• Stay conversant in next-generation digital technologies including APIs/microservices, RPA, machine learning, cognitive computing, and user experience
• Promote a learning culture, take personal accountability for development, and build talent across the organization

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of IT experience in end-user industry, IT consulting, or IT product-based organizations
• 7+ years directly managing S/4HANA or SAP implementations in one or more of the following: Sales & Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Procurement, Analytics, or Enterprise Data Management
• Demonstrated accountability for a successful SAP Finance implementation spanning GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Consolidation
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP business processes in an S/4HANA environment, with deep understanding of integration points across Logistics, Order-to-Cash, and Procurement
• Experience on multiple full-cycle global SAP implementations, managing both internal teams and vendor partners
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills with a track record of producing high-quality dashboards, reports, and executive-level materials
• Proven ability to build and sustain strategic business relationships and drive results in multi-partner, multi-geography environments
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge the status quo and facilitate diverse perspectives
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, cross-cultural, globally distributed setting
• PMP or equivalent program management certification and SAP functional module certification preferred but not required
