About the job Junior Legal Advisor

We are looking for a motivated Legal Advisor to join our team and support the company in a broad range of legal and corporate matters.

In this role, you will provide legal guidance across business operations, assist with contract drafting and review, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the company's legal interests and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements including ACMI contracts, ground handling agreements (SGHAs), maintenance agreements and letters of intent
  • Supporting the preparation and review of cooperation agreements, instructor agreements and student contracts for Avora Aviation Academy EOOD
  • Assisting with Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and related due diligence across the group's business units
  • Managing and maintaining the group's contract registers and legal filing systems
  • Conducting legal research on regulatory and compliance matters relevant to the aviation sector
  • Coordinating with external counsel where required and managing the flow of instructions and advice
  • Providing general legal-administrative support to the Group Legal team, including document management and correspondence
  • Assisting with corporate housekeeping and governance tasks across group entities

Requirements:

  • Law degree from Bulgaria or England preferred (degrees from other countries will also be considered), with 1–3 years of relevant legal experience
  • Business-level proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Professional and proactive approach, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Sound academic record in law
  • Experience or demonstrable interest in aviation, transport or commercial law
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and corporate governance processes
  • Experience in an in-house legal environment or a commercial law firm
  • Working knowledge of EU aviation regulations (e.g. EASA framework)
