Reports to: Crew Resource Manager and Duty Manager

Deputy: Crew Planning Specialist and/or Crew Resource Manager

Accountabilities: Crew Control Specialist accountable to provide and maintain oversight of the proper allocation and utilization of flight deck and cabin crew members during daily and short-term operations. Deputize for the Crew Resource Manager or Crew Planning Specialist in their absence. Undertake any additional responsibilities as required by the IOCC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that crew activities are scheduled in a timely, efficient and effective manner and according to Fly2Sky Airlines Operations Manual Part A, flight time limitation legality, aviation rules and regulations and company standard operating procedures and manuals
  • Continuous tracking, monitoring and modification of the flight deck and cabin crew rosters during day-to-day operations + 72 hours
  • Follow crews legal flight duty and rest periods in accordance to OM- A Chapter 7
  • Monitoring crews on time check in for flights and other duties
  • Take corrective action immediately, if crew FDP and/or rest period is illegal
  • Ensure all information inserted in Leon system is accurate, precise and legal
  • Do all necessary arrangements and use all available communications to fulfil operational needs (e.g. calling crew member out of stand-by etc.)
  • Filling the daily operations checklist
  • Check FDP and minimum and available crew needed for ad-hoc flights
  • Coordinate information with Client Company regarding crew legality for the period agreed.
  • Follow crew names, surnames, flight numbers and dates in cooperation with client information
  • Insert cabin crew roster from client companies into Leon system
  • Ensure that General Declaration/Crew List is immediately updated as soon as received from client
  • Ensure complete and precise information flow between shifts and other departments
  • Monitor roster disruptions on monthly basis to minimize further roster disruptions
  • Prepare documents for visa application, if needed
  • Arrange crew travel and accommodation as per requirements and agreements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • College or University Degree
  • ICAO English level 4 or higher
  • Successfully Passed the HR Management skill test

TRAINING:

- Training program according to the Management Manual, OM-D
