Currently Fly2Sky is restructuring, and looking for new colleagues within our IOCC.

Flight Dispatcher / Flight Operations officer will be responsible for planning and filing operational flight plans, and releasing all briefing packages for Fly2Sky flights, ensuring all are executed in accordance with established standards and regulations. Deputize for the Flight Dispatch Manager or Duty Manager in their absence.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate matters relating to the execution of the daily traffic program, including normal, abnormal and emergency situations
  • Facilitate communication and information to company departments and to external sources in regard to daily operations
  • In cooperation with MCC, check current status of aircraft defects, that affects operations and inform all related parties and stakeholders
  • Make requests of all necessary services in case of additional/new positioning/Ad-hoc flights
  • Monitor Fly2Sky flights and schedule and coordinate changes on tactical bases and check potential threats or risks
  • Notify company and external parties about schedule disruptions by distributing Delay/AOG messages Communicate with external clients about delays and disruptions as well as about recovery scenarios. Follow-up delay codes/reasons, check it correctness and update Leon system accordingly
  • Supporting the IOCC with Flight Dispatch operational aspects in relation to the scheduled operation and disruption recovery strategies
  • Providing In-flight assistance to flight crew where applicable as per the established processes/ procedures in order to ensure daily regular, irregular and emergency aircraft operations are achieved with minimum operational impact
  • Maintain an active flight-watch/tracking of all Fly2Sky Airlines aircraft flights
  • Prepare and deliver to flight crew members Operational Flight Plans as required, taking into consideration the authorizations and limitations in OM Part A, B, C; Aerodrome Information contained in the Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) and/or information contained in the Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC) in accordance with valid Aeronautical Information Regulation and Control (AIRAC) cycle and valid NOTAMs to flight crew and operations personnel, and restrictions from technical deficiencies as stated in the MEL
  • Selects and collects valid weather forecasts, actual weather, SNOWTAMS and other weather information for destination, alternates and en-route, and deliver it to flight crew
  • Collect and interpret weather information, en-route and in relation to the planned aerodrome operating minima for all aerodromes used in the OFP, according to the relevant instructions and procedures of OM-A Chapter 8
  • Notify the appropriate ATS unit when the position of the aircraft cannot be determined by an aircraft tracking capability, and attempts to establish communication are unsuccessful
  • Prepare and submit ATC flight plans
  • Be familiar with company documentation and procedures, especially with contents of OM, Emergency Response Manual, MEL, AIR OPS and other additional document and instructions distributed and addressed to IOCC via e-mail or other communication aids

Minimum Requirements:

  • College or University Degree
  • ICAO English level 4 or higher
  • PPL/ATPL or Flight Dispatch license will be considered as advantage
