We are currently recruiting an experienced Procurement & Logistics Specialist to support our Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with suppliers of aircraft spare parts aiming to ensure strong supply chain process and smooth maintenance activities
  • Plans, monitors, controls and follows up the supply of the aircraft spare parts with clear focus on meeting company targets
  • Inspection and inventory of received aircraft spare parts in accordance with airworthiness requirements
  • Minimizes obsolete stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability
  • Perpetual optimization of transportation costs
  • Creates statistical reports and analysis upon request and depending on the business case
  • Working with documents and information systems - entering deliveries, processing orders, recording parts and material specifications, preparing reports
  • Working with specialized warehouse equipment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education with focus on Logistics, Engineering Logistics, Economics or other related
  • Computer literacy; Knowledge in ERP system
  • Knowledge in OASES software
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, a team player who shows commitment and dedication to the job
  • Detail and goal-oriented person
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
