Recruitment Officer

Due to our constant growth, we are currently looking for a new colleague who will be supporting the organization in the face of a Recruitment Officer.

Recruitment Officer will be accountable for pre-selection of different positions within the company flight deck and cabin crew, engineering, administration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

️️-  ️Develop and execute recruiting plans to identify qualified candidates
-️  Source, screen and evaluate candidate applications
️- Develop and maintain an effective network of contacts to source potential candidates
-️ Evaluate candidates qualifications and match them to job requirements
-️ Organize and conduct recruitment interviews and assessment processes
️- Develop and implement selection criteria for potential candidates
-️ Manage all recruitment-related activities and administrative tasks
-️ Keep up to date with current recruitment trends and best practices
-️ Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities
-️ Advise hiring managers on recruitment matters and provide guidance on candidate selection

Skills and Competencies:

️- College or University Degree in the field of Human Resource
-️ Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
-️ Proven recruitment experience in a dynamic international environment
️- Self-driven and innovative personality
-️ Growth mindset and can-do attitude
-️ Attention to detail
-️ Good communication skills
️- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
-️ Experience in Aviation will be considered an advantage
