Due to our constant growth, we are currently looking for a new colleague who will be supporting the organization in the face of a Station Coordinator.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible to ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of the Airline;
  2. Manage and ensure safe and efficient operations in order that Fly2Sky image, reputation and customer service levels are maintained and enhanced to the highest standards;
  3. Take part in project preparation and project kick-off meetings;
  4. Provide Hotac checklist to Fly2Sky and fill in internally after receipt when requested;
  5. Participate in new base opening and represent Fly2Sky Prepare Base / Station Brief and publish it. Follows Base opening checklist when opening base;
  6. Produce or review initial Fly2Sky hotac checklist for long term bases when requested. Coordinate and supervise operational matters of daily activities between Fly2Sky IOCC and Clients of Fly2Sky;
  7. Follow-up the implementation of corrective actions taken by Clients of Fly2Sky as required by Fly2Sky Compliance Monitoring and Safety & Security departments;
  8. Be responsible for on-time performance on assigned stations. Shall collect statistics and present reports of on-time performance on weekly OPS and Ground Ops meetings with suggestions how to improve it in case necessary;
  9. Communicate important issues on base with respective departments in Fly2Sky office;
  10. Perform departure, turnaround inspections in base and, if needed, in outstations as per procedure and checklists;
  11. Be responsible to perform monthly Cabin Interior Report, follow up cleanliness of cabin as well as internal status of aircraft;
  12. Work in close cooperation with Base Commander and crews on base Monitor that hotel is maintaining required level of service quality and security; Monitor that crew transport to and from the hotel/airport is secure and on time;
  13. Keep documentation in briefing room updated and in order, make necessary updates of revisions as required;
  14. Submit Weekly base report all possible information about operations and situation on the base;
  15. Keep aircraft onboard library updated and in order, make necessary updates of revisions as required, send filled onboard library checklist to concerned post-holders/stakeholders on a monthly basis;
  16. Provide Hotac check list to Customer and fill in internally after receipt when requested;
  17. Perform departure, turnaround inspections in base and, if needed, in outstations as per GOM 1.15. APPENDIX C
