Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that contracts or agreements with external service providers that conduct outsourced operational functions (ground handling, cargo, dangerous goods providers) for FLY2SKY operations are in place and include measurable specifications to ensure requirements that affect the safety and/or security of operations are being fulfilled;

2. Follow up the quality of performance of service providers, impose necessary actions, when performance does not satisfy companys requirements

3. Ensure, that service providers are timely updated with company operational procedures

5. To ensure orderly and systematic approach to managing stock of supplies;

6. To order catering equipment if required, to monitor equipment inventory and movement.

7. Act as Ground and Cargo Operations Safety Officer to support Safety & Compliance department.

8. Participate in investigations related to ground handling and cargo operations activities.

9. Supervise aircraft handling and cargo handling processes. Monitor operations and prevent negative trends.

10. Maintain the target safety indicators, on-time performance, regularity, safety.

11. Assess risks, associated with aircraft servicing and cargo handling operations at network airports of FLY2SKY and provide corrective actions plan.

12. Ensure management of ULD stock.

13. Ensure all ground handling and cargo operations personnel are conducting activities in a safe, secure, and timely manner;

Qualifications:

Two years of working for an airline in ground operations and cargo or other field closely related to ground operations and cargo.

University degree

Necessary knowledge, skills and training required to perform their duties
