We are currently looking for a detail-driven, quick-thinking, and solution-oriented professional to join us as a Compliance Auditor to join our growing team.
Location: Sofia, 64 Hristofor Kolumb Blvd, Bldg A02, Sofia Airport Centre.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform audits and inspections of operational activities, including flight operations, ground operations, and cabin operations, to verify compliance with EASA, IOSA ISARPs and ISO 9001:latest regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Conduct audits of the Operations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's quality management system and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare audit reports and provide detailed findings, observations, and recommendations to management and relevant departments.
- Monitor corrective actions taken by departments in response to audit findings and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in EASA, IOSA and ISO regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to Operations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality and safety initiatives to enhance overall organizational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compliance and quality-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:
- College or University Degree
- Professional experience on the same position
- Fluency in English - verbally and in writing at a level allowing communication in the sphere of the performed activity;
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of EASA regulations, particularly in the areas of operations (Part-OPS/ORO etc.)
- Proven experience as an auditor in an aviation organization, preferably in Operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare comprehensive audit reports
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using relevant auditing tools, software, and office applications
- Relevant auditing certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are desirable.
