Fly2Sky continues to strengthen its operational capability and is looking for a hands-on Line Maintenance Manager to lead and control Line Maintenance activities across active stations.
This role is designed for an experienced, operational engineer — someone who understands the realities of Line Maintenance, is comfortable making decisions under pressure, and leads by presence and example.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- EASA Part-66 License
- Active experience on A320 Family
- – CFM56 / V2500 mandatory
- – LEAP-1A is a strong advantage
- Solid Line Maintenance operational background
- Proven ability to manage AOGs, disruptions, and time-critical situations
Strong Advantages
- B737 NG / MAX experience
- Previous experience as Line Maintenance Manager, Shift Leader, or in MCC coordination
- Confident decision-making without over-escalation
Location & Mobility
- Base location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Flexibility required for:
- Temporary assignments to active Line stations
- Periodic relocation depending on operational needs
- EU citizenship or unrestricted right to work preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and control Line Maintenance operations across multiple stations
- Ensure dispatch reliability and full regulatory compliance
- Act as the primary technical authority at Line level
- Coordinate closely with MCC, CAMO, Base Maintenance, and Flight Operations
- Manage engineering teams, including shift planning, competence control, and task allocation
- Make timely technical and operational decisions within delegated authority
- Safeguard aircraft airworthiness, safety standards, and operational reliability at all times
