We are currently looking for B1, B2 and B1/B2 Line Maintenance Engineers / Technicians (only certified) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability and airworthiness of aircraft through line and base maintenance activities, working both on-site and off-site locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform line and base maintenance activities in accordance with approved maintenance data and regulatory requirements
  • Troubleshoot, inspect, repair and maintain aircraft systems, structures and components
  • Perform and certify maintenance tasks (where authorized) in compliance with EASA Part-145 and company procedures
  • Carry out and support complex maintenance activities, including engine runs and system testing where required
  • Supervise and support mechanics during maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed to the required standards
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance documentation and records
  • Identify, report and support resolution of defects and technical discrepancies
  • Maintain close coordination with MCC, Logistics and other operational teams to ensure aircraft availability
  • Use initiative to resolve technical issues and support efficient turnaround of aircraft
  • Support training, coaching and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

  • Experience in line maintenance (base maintenance is considered an advantage)
  • Experience working on A320/B737 family aircraft
  • Good understanding of EASA Part-145 requirements and basic knowledge of Part-M / Part-66
  • Ability to read, interpret and work in accordance with aircraft maintenance manuals and technical documentation
  • Practical experience with aircraft systems troubleshooting and defect rectification
  • Ability to use standard and specialized tools, as well as ground support equipment
  • Good understanding of safety practices, human factors and aviation maintenance standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Valid driving license (Category B or higher)
