Job brief

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Talent Search Consultant to manage the full 360° recruitment cycle under a partner-with-the-company model. This role combines business development, client management, and end-to-end recruitment delivery. As a Talent Search Consultant, you will operate as a revenue-generating partner, building your own portfolio while delivering exceptional talent acquisition solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned industries.
  • Develop strong pipelines of prospective clients.
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Promote retained, contingency, and exclusive search services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as strategic talent advisor to clients.
  • Conduct job intake meetings and workforce planning discussions.
  • Provide market intelligence (salary benchmarks, hiring trends).
  • Ensure long-term partnership retention and account growth.

3. Talent Sourcing & Headhunting

  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and database.
  • Conduct proactive headhunting for niche and senior roles.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for key industries.
  • Screen and shortlist qualified candidates.

4. Interview & Selection Management

  • Conduct competency-based interviews.
  • Evaluate technical and behavioral fit.
  • Coordinate client interviews and feedback cycles.
  • Manage offer negotiations between client and candidate.

5. Placement & Post-Placement Management

  • Facilitate offer closure and onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain post-placement follow-up during guarantee period.
  • Drive repeat business and referrals.

6. Revenue & Performance Ownership

  • Own full billing lifecycle from client acquisition to payment collection.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and recruitment pipeline data.
  • Forecast monthly revenue and performance metrics.
  • Operate with P&L awareness under partnership structure.

Requirements

  • Experience in agency recruitment (360 experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development and billing.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with revenue ownership capability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
