Responsibilities

• Optimize end-to-end property operations to maximize efficiency, service standards, and asset performance.
• Deliver best-in-class tenant services that directly support retail productivity and footfall growth.
• Strengthen operational controls across security, safety, traffic flow, cleaning, and landscaping.
• Own annual budgets, enhance cost efficiency, and improve operational margins.
• Align operations with leasing and marketing strategies to accelerate commercial performance.
• Introduce process improvement, digital solutions, and innovation to increase productivity and scalability.

Requirements

• 12+ years of commercial retail property management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, large-scale assets.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in cost control and performance enhancement.
• Technical background in Engineering, Real Estate, Architecture, or related discipline is advantageous.
