Production Supervisor

Job brief

We are actively seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to effectively oversee manufacturing activities, ensuring that production output, quality, cycle time, and cost align with the business plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Assembly and Decoration operations in our manufacturing process.
• Ensure high-quality output, maintain production schedules, and optimize resources.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of decoration operators and technicians.
• Implement and maintain quality standards for all decorated products.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance product quality.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production supervision, with a focus on decoration processes (pad printing, spray painting, etc.).
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and safety standards.
• Good English communication skills.
