We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a background in manufacturing to join a global company as an HR Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for implementing all aspects of HR strategies and operations. Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled workers.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Address employee grievances and facilitate resolution promptly.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance issues.
- Develop and oversee employee recognition programs.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Facilitate training sessions on safety, compliance, and job-specific skills.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Compliance and Labor Relations:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor legislation.
- Represent the company in labor disputes and negotiations.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of wages.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Conduct salary reviews and benchmark compensation against industry standards.
- Health and Safety:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Manage HR budgets and expenditures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
- At least 7 years experience in the HR field with strong business partnering experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits.
- Good knowledge of HR perspective across all areas as an HR Consultant.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
- Strong skills in influencing, interpersonal communication, and overall effective communication.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals in a multicultural and matrixed work environment.
- Proactive, independent, meticulous and strong follow-up skills.
