We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a background in manufacturing to join a global company as an HR Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for implementing all aspects of HR strategies and operations. Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled workers.
    • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
    • Address employee grievances and facilitate resolution promptly.
    • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance issues.
    • Develop and oversee employee recognition programs.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
    • Facilitate training sessions on safety, compliance, and job-specific skills.
    • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Compliance and Labor Relations:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor legislation.
    • Represent the company in labor disputes and negotiations.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of wages.
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
    • Conduct salary reviews and benchmark compensation against industry standards.
  • Health and Safety:
    • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
    • Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to inform decision-making.
    • Manage HR budgets and expenditures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
  • At least 7 years experience in the HR field with strong business partnering experience in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits.
  • Good knowledge of HR perspective across all areas as an HR Consultant.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Strong skills in influencing, interpersonal communication, and overall effective communication.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals in a multicultural and matrixed work environment.
  • Proactive, independent, meticulous and strong follow-up skills.
