Job brief
We are looking for a results-oriented Retail Commercial Leader to drive revenue growth, optimize asset performance, and elevate leasing strategy across a major retail property portfolio.
This role requires a strong dealmaker with proven success in maximizing occupancy, accelerating rental income, and strengthening tenant productivity within large-scale shopping mall environments.

Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end retail leasing strategy to drive occupancy, rental yield, and sustainable revenue growth.
- Architect high-performing tenant mix strategies that enhance shopper traffic, category dominance, and sales productivity.
- Actively monitor tenant sales performance, identify underperformance risks, and implement corrective commercial actions.
- Drive leasing negotiations with key anchor tenants and leading brands to secure competitive commercial terms.
- Leverage market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and retail trend analysis to strengthen asset positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to increase footfall, conversion rates, and tenant sales performance.
- Deliver data-driven commercial insights and performance reporting to Senior Leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in retail leasing, commercial strategy, or shopping mall management.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving high occupancy rates and revenue growth targets.
- Strong expertise in tenant mix planning, commercial negotiations, and retail performance optimization.
- Experience managing large-scale shopping malls or multi-asset retail portfolios preferred.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and retail partners.
- Fluent in English with strong presentation and negotiation capability
