Jr. DevOps Engineer (Azure)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior DevOps Engineer (Azure) to support CI/CD processes and Azure cloud infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of Azure and DevOps practices who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  
• Support deployment and management of Azure cloud services such as App Services and Function Apps
  
• Work with senior engineers to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep
  
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to support smooth deployment and release cycles
  
• Monitor applications and environments using Azure Monitor and other logging tools
  
• Help troubleshoot deployment and environment-related issues
  
• Assist in managing work items and releases using Azure Boards
  
• Support basic cloud cost monitoring and governance activities
  
• Provide documentation for deployment processes and configurations
  

Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or related field
  
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and Azure DevOps
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud fundamentals
  
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
  
• Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts (ARM, Terraform, or Bicep – academic or practical exposure)
  
• Exposure to Docker (Kubernetes knowledge is a plus)
  
• Understanding of cloud networking and security fundamentals is a plus
  
• Strong problem-solving and learning mindset
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills
