We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager, NetSuite to join our dynamic team, responsible for driving new business across North America. This role requires a consultative sales approach, full-cycle deal ownership, and deep knowledge of particularly NetSuite and cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and craft tailored NetSuite ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with internal solution consulting and delivery teams to ensure technical fit and feasibility.
- Engage with C-suite and senior decision-makers to drive value-based conversations.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain up-to-date pipeline activity and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings (travel as needed).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or ERP sales (NetSuite strongly preferred).
- Background in solution consulting or a consultative sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to sell into mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly NetSuite and cloud-based architectures.
- Proven track record in quota attainment and sales performance.
- Ability to build rapport and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across North America as required.
