Associate Functional Consultant - Dynamics

We are looking for an Associate Functional Consultant to join our Dynamics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics products and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

- Configure and customize Dynamics products to meet client needs.

- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the system.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

- Participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation activities.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest Dynamics product updates and features.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience working with Dynamics products (Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of Dynamics modules, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
