Job Location: Onsite (Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad)
Role Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant with strong Business Analysis and client-facing skills to lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear functional documentation. The role requires experience working on Salesforce implementations and collaborating with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into functional documentation, user stories, and process flows.
- Map business needs to Salesforce standard capabilities and identify areas requiring configuration or customization.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure clear implementation requirements.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT preparation, and change request documentation.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or CRM Consulting.
- 2+ years of Salesforce project experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud preferred).

Experience conducting client discovery and requirement workshops.

Strong functional documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to translate business needs into structured functional requirements.
Preferred
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud Consultant.

Experience working in consulting/services environments.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Miro.

Experience working with distributed teams or integration-heavy Salesforce projects.
