Recruiter
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Recruiter to join our new business model, where recruiters are fully dedicated to supporting client organizations on a project basis. In this role, you will act as an extension of our clients HR team, delivering end-to-end recruitment services as their dedicated recruiter throughout the assignment.
This project will run for 3 months (extendable), requiring hands-on expertise and immediate impact. The recruiter must bring proven experience in event services, architectural, and design-related recruitment, ensuring a deep understanding of industry talent pools and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the client to understand role requirements, organizational culture, and timelines.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing, sourcing, and screening, through to candidate shortlisting and offer management.
- Utilize virtual tools, platforms, and databases to identify, engage, and secure high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines specifically in the events, architectural, and design services sectors.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to the client, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project.
- Represent the client brand professionally in all candidate interactions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Deliver within tight timelines and project expectations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment is a must, with a strong preference for candidates who have recruited within marketing, events, architecture, and design services.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in project-based or client-embedded environments.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, talent databases, networks).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining accountability and delivering measurable results.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new recruitment tools and reporting systems.
