Finance & Commercial Coordinator (FCC001)
Job Description:
Foreground is hiring for a detail-focused and financially disciplined Finance & Commercial Coordinator on behalf of a global events agency establishing its KSA base. This role supports budget tracking, supplier contracting, invoice processing, and reporting across projects, ensuring financial control and compliance within the Kingdom.
Working closely with the Head of Operations and Project Managers, this is a key support role ensuring fiscal accountability across high-volume project spend.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, expense tracking, invoicing timelines, and PO workflows.
- Coordinate with vendors and finance teams to issue contracts, NDAs, and payment terms.
- Prepare financial reports, cash flow tracking, and cost summaries for internal and client review.
- Support procurement processes and liaise with internal legal teams for documentation governance.
- Ensure VAT compliance, local tax requirements, and company registration standards are upheld.
Ideal Profile
- 4+ years in finance coordination or project accounting roles, preferably in the events or advertising industry.
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of financial controls in project-based environments.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.
- Familiarity with KSA VAT and procurement regulations is a strong asset.
